Entertainment Applications:
Please fill out this application if you are interested in performing on the library stage during Christmas in Davidson. These are non-paying performances. Your application must be received by Oct. 13, 2017 to be listed in the Event Guide.

Food Vendor/Food Court Applications: Please fill out this application if you would like to be located in the Christmas in Davidson Food Court located in the parking lot between Summit Coffee and Ben & Jerry’s. Vendors in the food court have traditionally been Davidson restaurants and those food vendors requiring Mecklenburg County special event food permits to prepare food on site. Applications must be received by  Oct. 13, 2017 to be listed in the Event Guide.

VENDER (FOR PROFIT & NONPROFIT): Please fill out this application if you would like to be a vendor on the Village Green.  Applications must be received by Oct. 13, 2017 to be listed in the Event Guide.

IMPORTANT: There are only a limited number of Vendor Booth spaces available on the Village Green. In order to ensure your eligibility for consideration, please return the completed form with full payment as soon as possible. Acceptance is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Event Planning Committee. Any applications received after the October 13 deadline will not be considered, no exceptions.

Christmas in Davidson offers a limited number of 10’ x 10’ booth spaces to both for profit and nonprofit vendors. All vendor applications are reviewed by a selection committee and accepted applications will be notified on October 27. All accepted vendors (for profit & nonprofit) will be required to provide their own white 10’ x 10’ tent along with your own tables & chairs. All tents must be white, no exceptions. If you do not have a 10’ x 10’ White tent, we will be happy to provide you with rental source to contact direct. Electricity is NOT provided. Placement on the Village Green is not guaranteed to any vendor (for profit or non-profit) and is at the sole discretion of the event producers.

DAVIDSON BUSINESS PARTICIPATION Application: Please fill out this application if you are a business located in Davidson and plan on participating in Christmas in Davidson by either creating or hosting a holiday-related activity in your business or storefront during the operating hours of the event.  Your application must be received by Oct. 13, 2017 to be listed in the Event Guide.
