Food Vendor/Food Court Applications: Please fill out this application if you would like to be located in the Christmas in Davidson Food Court located in the parking lot between Summit Coffee and Ben & Jerry’s. Vendors in the food court have traditionally been Davidson restaurants and those food vendors requiring Mecklenburg County special event food permits to prepare food on site. Applications must be received by  Oct. 14 to be listed in the Event Guide.

Taste of Davidson (pre-packaged food & crafts): Please fill out this application if you would like to be a food vendor on the Village Green.  Applications must be received by Oct. 14 to be listed in the Event Guide.

This year’s Christmas in Davidson vendors on the Village Green will feature “A Taste of Davidson.” The following criteria will be used to select vendors for Christmas in Davidson:

  1. The vendor must sell or giveaway a pre-packaged food product or craft item.

  2. No alcoholic beverages are permitted for sale on the Village Green.

  3. Food products may include pet treats.

  4. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products. We have suggested the following categories: baked goods, pet treats, popcorn, soft pretzels, sno cones, frozen confections, candy, donuts, fruit, water, soft drinks, juice, hot chocolate, mulled cider, gluten free options, nuts, granola, chips, jellies & jams, preserved or pickled products, honey, soups, tea, coffee, pastries, fruitcakes, caramel apples, hummus, ...

  5. Preference will be given to Davidson non-profits, Davidson businesses, Davidson home-based businesses, and Davidson organizations that meet the above criteria.

  6. No food trucks, trailers or carts will be permitted to participate on the Village Green.  Interested vendors who have a food truck, trailer or cart should apply as a Food Court Food Vendor only.

  7. All "A Taste of Davidson" vendors will be required to provide their own 10' x 10' white tent and set up.   If you require electricity, you have the option to pay an additional fee for electrical service during the event (please see the application for details).

  8. "A Taste of Davidson" (pre-packaged) food vendors may be subject to Mecklenburg County Health Department requirements & inspection.

Please note that this is a change from vendor applications from previous years’ Christmas in Davidson applications.

DAVIDSON BUSINESS PARTICIPATION Application: Please fill out this application if you are a business located in Davidson and plan on participating in Christmas in Davidson by either creating or hosting a holiday-related activity in your business or storefront during the operating hours of the event.  Your application must be received by Oct. 14 to be listed in the Event Guide.
